The Micro-Bevel® Cut
  • Designed to meet the high requirements of the electronic assembly industry.
  • Leaves a lead-end of a lower altitude and smaller surface area, important for solderability and connection coverage.
  • Unique design with an extremely wide cutting range to suit an unmatched variety of uses.

Micro-Bevel® Cut
The Flush Cut
  • "Pinches" the leads at a lower altitude than Micro-Bevel® cutters.
  • Leaves an even narrower and shorter taper along the "pinch", reducing the surface area even further.
  • The reason for using a Lindstrom Flush cutter rather than the Micro-Bevel® is to meet a slightly tighter specification for the cut lead-end or to gain a more flush result to a board, component, or part.

Flush Cut
The Ultra-Flush® Cut
  • Designed to eliminate the "pinch" other cutters make.
  • With the exception of Lindstrom's own Micro-Bevel® and Flush cutters, the Ultra-Flush® will outlast any other "flush" or "shear" type of tool and still match competitive cutting ranges.
  • Perfect for use in close tolerance electronic and medical device assembly.
