General Features

It is Lindstrom's ever present quest for perfection in details that make our cutters stand out as the best and most reliable in the marketplace.

In this section you will find out more about the joints, headshapes and edges of our high precision cutters.

Lindstrom offers cutters with three types of cuts - Micro-Bevel® Cut, Flush Cut and Ultra-Flush® Cut - each with its own unique characteristics.

Head shapes vary in size and configuration depending on the application. However, there are four primary types, with variations of each: Oval Head, Tapered Head, Tapered and Relieved Head, and Angle Head.

Of the three primary types of joints commonly used - Lap Joint with Rivet, Box Joint and Lap Joint with Screw - each has a distinct value that should be considered in evaluating a choice of cutter.
