7. User test #2
The total number of new prototypes is smaller, but we
ask an even larger number of users in even more countries
to test them. Once again, we involve users who took part
in our first tests, but we also extend our testing to
cover a significant number of new users.
To make sure we capture as many viewpoints as possible,
we also select a group of highly qualified users who
provide us with especially good comments.
